Therapy
I help people across Alabama navigate ADHD, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, parenting kids with ADHD, and life transitions with more clarity, compassion, and practical support.
Many of my clients are high-functioning who have spent years holding everything together. Managing careers, families, relationships, and responsibilities, while silently struggling with the mental load underneath it all. Some have been diagnosed with ADHD. Some are just starting to wonder if it’s been there all along.
They’re often the people everyone depends on. The ones who appear capable, successful, and “fine” on the outside... but internally feel scattered, overstimulated, emotionally drained, or stuck in cycles of overthinking, overcommitting, and burnout.
Therapy with me goes beyond surface-level coping. Together, we explore the deeper patterns underneath your overwhelm—how your nervous system responds to stress, how ADHD may be impacting your day-to-day life, and how past experiences may have shaped the way you function, cope, and relate to yourself.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the work begins simply because you’re tired of surviving in ways that no longer feel sustainable.
If you’re ready to better understand your brain, regulate your nervous system, and build a life that feels more supportive of who you actually are, I’d love to connect.
Serving people in Birmingham, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and throughout Alabama in person and via telehealth.
